you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for replacement, please share an unboxing video of the package.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Once we receive the product and verify the issue,

we will ship the replacement at the earliest

We do not offer refunds or cash returns for any order.

Only replacement will be provided in eligible cases.
